All prices are quoted in US funds. We accept Visa, Mastercard , American Express, Discover, PayPal and Money Order. For quotes in all other currencies, CAD inclusive, please contact our office. For protection against fraud for customers and Hottexhaust alike, all discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses must be verified and provide reason. To avoid the verification process, Hottexhaust encourages customers who wish to use different billing and shipping addresses to utilize PayPal as a payment method. Errors and Omissions
This Web site may contain errors or inaccuracies as some information contained herein may not be current. Hottexhaust reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including but not limited to pre or post order submission. Hottexhaust reserves the right to change or update information at any given time without prior notice. Hottexhaust is not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, description changes, or price discrepancies. Please note that such errors, changes, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing, improper description, or inaccurate availability information.
Our price match guarantee is simple, within 30 days of the date of your purchase , we will match and beat any advertised, verifiable price on comparable new product from an authorized Magnaflow reseller on in stock products only. The primary scope of this guarantee deals with internet or printed pricing, however, we can extend this offer to telephone verification in most instances. The price must include shipping as well...Free Shipping is included in all of our pricing and we'll beat any shipped price to your door on new Magnaflow products. We reserve the right to determine the validity of a competitor's listed price, and as such may refuse to match a given price at our discretion. Forum group purchase pricing is not matchable. The minimum order amount for price match guarantee implementation is $60.
Freight is free when shipped within the Continental United States and Canada, excluding YT, NT, NL, HI, AK, and PR. To prevent stolen packages or fraud, all orders require a signature upon delivery. We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, FedEx, OnTrac, Purolator and various air cargo carriers. Should you be located outside of our pre-paid service area, Click here to contact us to obtain shipping costs.
All orders placed by 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours (holidays excluded). All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. All shipping times listed are estimated and are under no circumstances guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchasing an item. Time in transit for non-oversized Cat Back System orders is a maximum of 3 business days via FedEx Express Saver (Continental U.S. only). Southern California residents will receive Next Business Day service. For all other products, please visit The Shipping Chart for an estimate of your time in transit. Hottexhaust is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier encumbrances. In addition, we are not responsible for orders that are not received in the event that multiple attempts at delivery are made without action taken by the recipient.
There is no state sales tax implemented when shopping at Hottexhaust. EU residents will be responsible for local VAT and import clearance costs unless otherwise noted. Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST (Ontario, B.C.) 12, 13, or 15% HST (Maritimes). As Canadian orders ship from Woodbridge, Ontario, there are no duties or customs fees for Canadian orders. Hottexhaust is not responsible for any and all International Fees imposed by a credit card company.
Damage Claims and Returns
Damage claims should be made within the 3 days of receipt of goods. Damaged or incorrectly shipped goods (Hottexhaust at fault) will be exchanged promptly and at no cost to the purchaser.
Our return policy reflects that of the manufacturers utilized to fulfill orders. As per Magnaflow policy, “MagnaFlow offers a 30 day returns policy for all products that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, effective from the confirmed shipment arrival date.” Any returns outside of the 30 day policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to all returned goods.
For all returns, please allow 7-21 business days for the manufacturer to inspect the item. Upon credit approval, Hottexhaust issues refunds immediately. Customers who used their credit card to purchase should contact their card issuer to determine the average timeframe for when the refund will be posted as the card issuer will have a lag in posting your refund.
Freight charges are non-refundable and in the case of returned goods, the responsibility of the purchaser. The customer is responsible for the return cost to ship the product back to manufacturing facilities on all returns excluding warranties.
To initiate a return, the customer must enact a request through their account on Hottexhaust.com. If the customer did not create an account, returns can be initiated by contacting Hottexhaust by email or telephone.
All warranties provided are done so directly by the product manufacturer. Warranty cards are provided at time of purchase and must be filled out and registered with the manufacturer. Magnaflow mufflers and Exhaust systems carry a limited Lifetime Warranty directly to the end user via an enclosed 2 part warranty card. Federal Catalytic converters carry a 2 year/25,000 mile warranty to pass a state smog test and a 5 year/50,000 mile warranty against manufacturing defects. California Legal catalytic converters carry a comprehensive 5 year / 50,000 mile warranty against manufacturing defects and to keep the CEL off, provided the vehicle's operating condition is deemed in specifications. All warranty decisions are made at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items must be returned for warranty inspection. If the return is accepted under manufacturer warranty policy, the customer will receive a full refund and the return cost to ship the product will be covered by the manufacturer. If the return is not accepted under our warranty policy, the normal return policy stated above will apply.
